Delivery times vary from 2 to 3 working days from the day of dispatch of the order. Orders are shipped the same day or the day after the order for products in stock.
For pre-orders, please refer to the estimated shipping date indicated at the time of ordering. We will specify a more precise date by email at the end of the pre-order.
You can exchange the items in new and unworn condition or request a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Unworn and unwashed clothing and accessories can be returned to us 14 days after receipt of the order for an exchange, creation of a credit note on our site or a refund.
Carbon 12 will take care of the return costs .
